How do I book the venue?

Is catering included?
We offer a full in-house food and drinks menu that can be tailored to your event, from canapes and drinks receptions to sit-down dinners.
What is the maximum capacity?
The function room holds up to 100 standing, or fewer seated for dining and presentations, with around 50 the realistic figure for a seated corporate meeting or dinner. The bar area takes a further 30 and the garden 20, so larger events can use more than one space … tell us your numbers and we'll suggest the best fit.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes … there is on-site parking, paid on site, shared with the hotel at the same address. Once those spaces are gone it is first come, first served, so it is worth leaving a little extra time. Bath Road North car park (116 spaces, open 24 hours) is a couple of minutes' walk, right by the Pavilion Theatre.
Is there a curfew on music or entertainment?
Music needs to finish by 11pm, though the bar is licensed until midnight. The venue holds its entertainment licence and public liability insurance. Tell us your timings when you enquire and we will plan the evening around them.
